How to Start a Return
Email info@kliknutrition.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond to every email personally — you won't get a ticket number and a form letter.
Once we confirm your return, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and confirmed. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
If your product arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — with no return required.
